Synopsis: An average teenage girl dreams of appearing on a popular TV show where big-hair rules and ordinary kids display their dance moves. Once she realizes her goal, she decides she must try to integrate the white-washed, pre-Civil Rights Act show. Many teens and their racist parents are threatened and publicly stand up for their antiquated segregationist rights.
