Synopsis: Dixiana, a Louisiana songstress, is coveted by both playboy Royal Montague and well-off Carl Van Horn. Initially, she pledges herself to Carl, but, when his mother objects to her lifestyle and her show business friends Peewee and Ginger, Dixiana finds her engagement on the skids. Royal tries to capitalize on the breakup, but Dixiana, hoping to rekindle her romance, has several tricks up her sleeve.
