Synopsis: Despite its title, Twitches is not a tale of Tourette's Syndrome. Rather, it is the story of twin witches (i.e. "twitches") who are separated when rushed to the human world as infants in order to protect them from an evil predator in their native realm. Fate kicks in on their 21st birthday (which just happens to be Halloween) and the two are reunited. Together, they discover their magical abilities and the grave danger that comes with them.
Disney Channel Dose it again they manage to make a movie that both entertains us and teaches us some kind of lesson in the progress. This one's lessons are that if you believe in yourself and never give up you can do anything. It is also nice to see Tia and Tamara Acting again they are 2 very talented actresses
