Synopsis: Henry Taggart is a New York-based journalist who travels to the quiet town of Little Delft, Michigan, to cover a tulip festival. When he arrives, he begins to fall for Billie Van Maaster, the vivacious young daughter of his hotel's owner. However, Henry soon learns that Billie's strict father has decreed that none of his daughters can be married until his eldest daughter, the selfish Regina, has found a husband.
