Synopsis: Butler Oswald Groggs and his boss, Chester Hamilton, both land in jail for non-payment of alimony to their ex-wives. Chester advances Oswald the money to pay the alimony, but Oswald spends it on a trip to Atlantic City, N.J., where he falls in with gold digger Phyllis -- who spends all the cash. When the freed Chester becomes Phyllis' next target, Oswald and secretary Dorothy come to the rescue with a series of fantastic lies.
