Synopsis: A futuristic tale in which a law officer and his female sidekick capture a wanted bounty hunter.
Unfortunately for the duo, the fugitive is kidnapped from them by a maverick explorer who is after the money offered for the killer's capture. The officers are determined to reclaim their captive and his abductors...But the journey turns perilous when the explorer and his captive enter the Slipstream, a highly dangerous wind that ravages the earth.
