Synopsis: In the middle of a long-awaited shore leave, loudmouth sailor Kelly sweet-talks wide-eyed landlubber Alice. But, when the sheltered Alice assumes his casual advances are of a more serious nature, Kelly finds himself stuck with an unwanted tagalong. But, as the two get to know each other, Kelly begins to fall for the disarming Alice in earnest -- much to the chagrin of her straight-laced parents.
