Synopsis: Shot on location around the gorgeous Riviera, this is the tale of a compulsive gambler on the road to ruin, and the woman committed to saving him. Merle Oberon stars as the young widow, determined to change a man who may not really want to change, while Richard Todd stars as the seemingly hopeless roulette addict. This British-made film, also known by the title 24 Hours in a Woman's Life, is based on the well-known Stefan Zweig story.
