Synopsis: On the eve of his trip to summer camp, eternally mischievous young scamp Bill Peck gets entangled in shenanigans at an itinerant circus. After scrapping with schoolyard rival Herman Boggs, who rats him out for sneaking in to see the show, Peck befriends young horse trainer Fleurette De Cava. Peck helps her come up with a scheme to defeat her jealous rival, Myrna Daro, after Daro's trained dog causes Fleurette's horse to throw her.
