Synopsis: Having discovered a way to steal huge amounts of fuel, oil worker Frank Duncan links up with mobster Paul Atlas in the hope that they can sell the oil without arousing suspicion. But when one of Atlas' aides proves to be a loose cannon, bodies start piling up, drawing scrutiny from investigators. Hoping to get the investigators off his back, Duncan fingers one of Atlas' men for his role in the crime. But soon both gangsters and police are after Duncan.
