Synopsis: Notorious womanizer and oil baron Paul Chadwick wins a legal case in Paris by charming the female judge, which infuriates the opposing lawyer, Michel Boullard. Boullard then asks Chadwick for a favor in exchange for not exposing his shenanigans. Chadwick is to seduce Boullard's estranged daughter, Lauren, a domineering Freudian psychologist, in order to break her engagement to a milquetoast suitor. Things soon spin out of control.
