Synopsis: When a disastrous flood pushes ranchers to a neighboring county, cowboy Gene Autry starts singing on the radio to fundraise. But there's more needed in town than dollars, as sinister businessman Stephen Holloway conspires with Rep. Fuller to block political action that would help the ranchers. Inspired, Gene runs for Congress and makes it to Washington, D.C., where he hopes to get to the bottom of Fuller and Holloway's scheme and save the day.
