Synopsis: Pent-up military cadets decide to invite sultry French actress Michelle Marton to their graduation, and for a date with one of them. Despite his lack of interest in the scheme, Paul Newell gets chosen as her escort, and the boys travel to New Orleans to present the idea to the actress. While searching for the star in the chaos of Mardi Gras, where she's to appear on a float, Paul falls for a beautiful girl from Los Angeles -- who is actually Michelle incognito!
