Synopsis: The life of real Irish-American gangster Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll is depicted in this biological drama. A New York City mobster notorious for his reckless brutality, Coll becomes a major figure in the underworld of the 1920s, working as a hit man for crime boss Dutch Schultz. Following a break with Schultz, Coll forms his own gang, but eventually his callous methods incur the wrath of other mob heads, and he becomes targeted by various prominent gangsters.
