Synopsis: Judge James Hardy, wife Emily, daughter Marian, and son Andy prepare for their annual vacation. The judge chooses Santa Catalina Island for the good fishing, and everyone settles into their idea of fun. Marian flirts with a wealthy lifeguard who claims to be separated from his wife, and Andy is drawn to an equally wealthy "fast" girl. But the Hardys' relaxation comes to a halt when the judge learns he has been swindled back home.
