Synopsis: A successful and hardworking doctor, Richard Talbot strays from his marriage when he meets Nora Prentiss, a beautiful nightclub performer. While Richard doesn't want to end his affair with Nora, he also can't face divorcing his wife and struggles to resolve his inner conflict. A surprising opportunity leads Richard to develop an unlikely plan that could allow him and Nora to run off together, but the scheme may not work out the way he intended.
