Bound to a wheelchair, life has been difficult for poor Yasu (Hirohito Honda). His mother has vanished, his father and brother think he's crazy, and his sister shelters him from the "outside" world. But Yasu has yet to experience the true meaning of torture, until new relatives mysteriously arrive and move in. Chiyo, a senile old woman, and Yuki, her mute and timid granddaughter are left homeless after a horrific crime brutally wipes out the family they're staying with. Yasu's father offers to let them stay with the family until they find a home of their own. The seemingly harmless pair only reveal their true and sadistic agenda after the demented duo is left home alone with the helpless Yasu.
