Synopsis: Arrested for his political opinions, Irish Captain Michael Fury is sent to a massive penal colony in the Australian outback. When Fury and many other prisoners are given as slave labor to a thieving governor, Fury uncovers the governor's plot to drive settlers from their land for his own personal gain. After instigating a series of daring escapes, Fury organizes a rebellion against the corrupt landlord and falls in love with a Mennonite's daughter.
