Romance of Rosy Ridge, The

Synopsis: In the divided state of Missouri after the Civil War, allegiances to the North and South separate many communities. When Southerner Gill MacBean welcomes a stranger, Henry Carson, into his home in Rosy Ridge, Gill is suspicious of Henry's loyalties. As Henry earns the family's trust -- and falls in love with Gill's daughter, Lissy Anne -- he convinces the residents of Rosy Ridge to overcome their prejudices.
