Synopsis: Two brothers are torn apart when they end up on opposite sides during World War II. Hot-headed Kurt Franken gets caught up in Hitler's National Socialist movement and becomes a Nazi officer. Meanwhile, his thoughtful and idealistic brother, Eric, becomes a selfless member of the Resistance. As Kurt falls deeper into the workings of the Nazi regime, he grows remorseful and struggles to make up for his sins when Eric finds himself compromised and in serious danger.
