Synopsis: Boroff, a mad scientist, played by Bela Lugosi has invented a disintegrator gas and plans to smuggle it to his buyers in Morovania. When his ship, the Carfax, gets stranded on outlying rocks, ironically the Coast Guard comes to rescue him.
