Synopsis: Sailors Joe and Skip habitually take advantage of their shipmate, Moby, who's robbed after they take him to a shady bar. When they have no money to go to Catalina Island, Calif., Joe arranges their travel by volunteering the clueless Moby to work on the ship. Skip later meets a glamorous dancer, while Joe woos a nightclub owner. Moby decides to leave, but finds himself coming to the rescue of a beautiful heiress.
