Synopsis: After being expelled from both a public school and a prestigious private school, John Humperdink Stover is given one more chance by his father, and is sent to the distinguished Lawrenceville prep school. Stover manages to ostracize himself from the rest of the boys in his dorm and make himself a target for the school's tough headmaster before he finally begins to realize that he may have to do some growing up if he wants to get anywhere in life.
