Penthouse
After lawyer Jackson Durant successfully defends racketeer Tony Gazotti, Durant's fiancée, Sue, leaves him. However, she soon needs his help when her new beau, Tom, is accused of killing his old girlfriend. Durant takes the case, and, with the help of Gazotti and Gertie, the victim's roommate, he determines that crime boss Jim Crelliman played a role in the murder.
