Synopsis: A cowboy and a wild horse find they have some things in common: both have enemies out to get them and both must save their mates from danger. Producer Hal Roach, best known for his films starring Laurel and Hardy, Our Gang, Charley Chase, Harold Lloyd and Snub Pollard dabbled in westerns during the last years of silent films and Black Cyclone is his best.
