Synopsis: Paul Ashworth's entire life is nothing but Arsenal, an English Premier League Football (Soccer) team. He's a middle-school teacher, and strikes up a romance with Sarah Hughes, also a teacher - and they fight out what it means to be that dedicated a fan. She can't understand how such a yob can do so well in regular life without trying, and why she, who tries, is always struggling. It all works out happily in the end, of course, in parallel with Arsenal's miracle 1989 season finale.
