Synopsis: This modern day Romeo and Juliet tale is based on the real murder of Jaswinder Kaur Sidhu, whose life was taken after defying her family's desire for her to marry into a higher caste of Hindu society. Like the real life story, Murder Unveiled reveals the tragedy of a young Indo Canadian woman, who was inspired by love to pursue a new life in India, but ultimately was crushed by her family's driving ambitions.
