Synopsis: Crooks try to steal gold plates from the U.S. Treasury Department in Seattle. But there's a glitch: Their helicopter crashes into the building, setting it aflame. The bad guys take hostages in the burning high rise, little realizing that they must contend with a former treasury agent who happens to be on the premises.
