Synopsis: After escaping from a Nazi prison camp, Martin Richter, a captured member of the German Resistance, poses as a waiter and hides among the guests at the Hotel Berlin. Richter begins an unlikely friendship with Lisa Dorn, a famed stage actress who is being courted by disgraced Nazi Gen. Arnim von Dahnwitz. Surrounded by potential informants, Richter and Dorn struggle to secure safe passage out of Germany in the final days of World War II.
