Synopsis: Cal Markwell and Orlando B. Parker are two California teenagers who, when challenged to sail the 2,600 miles to Hawaii in a tiny sailboat, are courageous and foolhardy enough to accept. The two boys set out expecting adventure and get more than they bargained for. Not only does Mother Nature throw numerous obstacles in their way, but Cal and Orlando themselves turn on each other as well. Ironically, a shark attack repairs their friendship.
