Synopsis: When the wife and daughter of Army drill sergeant John North are killed during an arms deal involving a crooked FBI agent named Karl Savak, John decides to take matters into his own hands, only to discover that the henchman responsible for their deaths has been put into witness protection. Now, John must enlist the help of a street-smart kid named Mikey to infiltrate the city's criminal underground and get his own form of revenge.
