Synopsis: After growing up in an orphanage, Jerusha "Judy" Abbott discovers that she has a mysterious benefactor who is willing to pay her college tuition. Developing into a bright and beautiful woman, Judy receives attention from both a young suitor, Jimmie McBride, and a rich older man, Jarvis Pendleton. She doesn't realize that the latter is actually her sponsor, the enigmatic figure that she knows only as "Daddy-Long-Legs."
