Synopsis: On an ocean liner, Capt. John Holling seems to have gone insane and is pulled from duty. But there's something fishy about the circumstances, especially since the boat is being controlled by a special radio device that the government is testing out. Then a few dead bodies surface, an investigation ensues and it becomes apparent that some of the ship's passengers are secret agents planning to get their hands on the technology aboard the ship -- but everyone's a suspect.
