Synopsis: Falsely accused of bank robbery, Jim Brandon is released from jail after his supposed criminal partner commits suicide. Back home, he finds that, aside from his stalwart friends, Betty Morgan and Utah McGirk, most people in his small town still believe he's guilty. Drawn into a land dispute with Dunc Rankin over his own and Betty's ranches, Jim also discovers that his dead friend may have been murdered.
