Synopsis: When rancher Gene Autry takes on the responsibility of looking after a rebellious teenager, Randy Pryor, he discovers that raising cattle is a lot easier. Gene sends the boy off to a military academy to teach him discipline, but Pryor runs away and rejoins the gang -- headed by Pat Feeney -- he was a member of before he met Gene. Pryor is eventually framed for murder, and Gene risks his reputation to prove the boy didn't do it.
