Synopsis: Widowed Margaret blocks out most of the world as she lives alone in her New York City apartment. In fact, the piano-playing Margaret has only one remaining acquaintance: Violinist Cara, with whom she plays music regularly. But as she ages, Margaret decides she needs help around the house, so she hires young aspiring actress Robin to be her live-in maid. Despite the differences between the trio, they come to form an unbreakable bond.
