Synopsis: A ranch owner dies and passes on the duty of managing his large property to cowpoke Gene. Things are complicated by the arrival of the dead man's heirs, Kay, Patsy and Tom. According to the rancher's will, Gene is to finish the building of a dam on the property, which will improve the lives of those living in the area. But Gene's efforts are slowed by the siblings, whose conniving lawyer has convinced them to fight for the rights to the land.
