Synopsis: When his father is caught up in a dispute between ranchers and homesteaders, Gene sides with the homesteaders, which promptly gets him banished. He joins a medicine show run by Dr. Parker and hits the road. Returning five years later, he finds that his father has been murdered and an old friend of his has been accused of the crime. Gene and his cohort, Smiley, must find the real killer while singing a few songs along the way.
