Synopsis: While cleaning a detective agency, night janitors Stan and Ollie stumble into international intrigue -- just by answering the phone. Wacky inventor Alva P. Hartley has built a powerful explosive that he doesn't want to see fall into the wrong hands. Passing themselves off as private eyes, Stan and Ollie accept the job of guarding the device. But, with thieves lurking around every corner, the bumbling pair are bound to get more than they bargained for.
