Synopsis: In this kinetic action thriller, Nick Chen (Yun-Fat) is a slick New York City cop who uses unorthodox methods to keep the peace in Chinatown, where a gang war has broken out among rival criminal factions. When the department assigns him a partner (Wahlberg) he fears it will cramp his style, but his new sidekick has some interesting methods of his own.
