In this real-life quest that follows Jules Verne's classic adventure story, Journey To The Center Of The Earth, you'll venture to the farthest depths ever reached by man - exploring mines, caves and even down to 22,000 feet under the sea. Ever tried to dig a hole to China? With a little help from scientific animation, we'll do just that, testing the theory from locations around the world. You'll tunnel down through rocks, lave and places you'd never imagine - straight through to the other side of the world. Part Two demonstrates the inner workings of the world - from the seas of lava to the solid core - and then blows us out of a volcano, back to the surface of the Earth.
