Synopsis: A talented, but troubled, 18 year old is forced by circumstances beyond her control to live on the streets of Los Angeles. Befriended by a group of young runaways and an aging blues artist looking for his own redemption, they survive by playing music on the Venice Beach boardwalk. She learns that love can be found in the most unexpected places and sometimes life isn't black and white, it's black and blue.
