Synopsis: when pretty young female hitch hikers turn up dead, Detective DeCarlo (James Luisi) believes it could be at the hands of a single murderer. The gruesome, heartless nature of the murders have him pursuing every lead and taking chances. Meanwhile, the killer keeps on killing, and getting some kinky thrills in the process.
