Synopsis: Teeming with satire, this 1963 sequel to The Mouse That Roared finds the duchy of Grand Fenwick's premier (Ron Moody) in need of funds to overhaul his castle. Knowing no country will provide money for such a cause, he persuades America to donate to his nation's phony space program; not to be outdone, the Soviets contribute a used rocket. But all bets are off when the duchy's lone scientist puts together a missile and prepares for a moon launch
