Synopsis: The East district is notoriously ruled by five triad gangs. The five leaders, Jimmy, Cafe, Jupiter, Sa Chi and Man Sing share equal turf in the East district. While the gangs are actively engaging in underground activities, the police are desperately trying to make arrests. Blackie is Jimmy's successor and is causing quite a stir provoking war with other gangs. The fight for turf territory begins with plenty of bloodshed.
