Synopsis: Director Woody Allen (“Annie Hallâ€) stars as a butcher who kills his adulterous wife (Stone), then loses her right hand on his way to bury her remains. When a blind woman finds the hand and miraculously regains her sight, the thing quickly becomes a religious artifact for the huge crowds who travel to El Nino, New Mexico, to ask it for favours. This black comedy was produced by the same creative team behind the hit “Like Water For Chocolate.â€
