Synopsis: Drifting back into her hometown, Frannie (Farrah Fawcett) is shocked to discover that her mother has died and her sister plans to sell the farm they inherited. Frannie is surprised by her own determination to maintain possession of the property, taking a factory job to earn enough money to buy her sister out and finally settle in one place.
