Synopsis: A deranged screenwriter (Judd) researches his latest script by actually kidnapping and drowning young girls. He then â€œplantsâ€ the corpses in his underwater â€œgardenâ€ of dead women. But when one would-be victim escapes, the killer has more to deal with than he can handle in this occasionally-comic made-for-television thriller.
