Synopsis: Adolf Hitler was one of the most feared and despised men of the 20th century. Recently declassified documents and modern-day experiments have shed new light on the bold attempts to assassinate Hitler. Not surprisingly, there were at least 42 documented plots against Hitler's life. His would-be assassins ranged from simple craftsmen to enemy agents to high-ranking soldiers in his own military.
