Synopsis: This chilling tale of madness and grotesque murder focuses on the macabre happenings at the Hope Center 1, a scientific research center established to develop synthetic nourishment. A freak accident unleashes a deadly cloud of toxic gas that kills the center's inhabitants then resurrects them as cannibals who prey on the living. A special military squad is sent to investigate rumors of strange occurrences. Horrified at their findings, they witness a ghastly group of zombies tear apart an entire village, then turn to continue their search for human flesh. It all seems hopeless, a bloody unstoppable flood of destruction, as the hideous zombies move slowly, unrelentingly toward civilization itself.
